Thank you for choosing our restaurant. To provide every guest with the best dining experience, we kindly request that you review the following reservation guidelines before proceeding.
Please arrive at your reserved time whenever possible. During weekends, holidays, or busy dining hours, there may occasionally be a waiting period of approximately 10–20 minutes due to table availability and guest turnover. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please provide accurate contact information so that we may reach you if necessary regarding your reservation.
Table allocation is managed based on availability and operational requirements. Specific table requests will be accommodated whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Your personal information is collected solely for reservation management and customer communication. Your contact details, including your name, phone number, and email address, will be securely stored and retained only for as long as necessary to manage your reservation. After the retention period, unnecessary personal information will be permanently removed from our system in accordance with our data retention policy.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required by law.
If your plans change, we kindly request that you inform us as early as possible so that we may accommodate other guests.
