A garden first, a restaurant second — built for the kind of evenings that don't watch the clock.
Kanchan Bagh — the golden garden — began with a question: what if a restaurant felt less like a room and more like a garden you were invited into? So we planted one. Bamboo screens, stone paths, banana fronds and flowering hedges, with tables tucked between them.
Today, families, friends and first dates gather here on the gravel courtyard, beneath canopies of string lights, for food that's meant to be shared and savoured. No rush. No fuss. Just good plates and good company under the Ahmedabad sky.
— With warmth, the Kanchan Bagh family
We tend the greenery as carefully as the kitchen. The setting isn't decoration — it's half the meal.
You're a guest in our garden. We pour time into every table, and we'd rather you linger than turn over.
A multi-cuisine kitchen guided by what's fresh — cooked with care, plated to be remembered.

Wood, bamboo and stone. Hand-thrown pots and woven chairs. Lights that come alive at dusk. Every material was chosen to feel natural, warm and unhurried — a garden room that softens the city the moment you step in.
